Hello Everyone!

I'm Leroy Hidalgo, my wife Linda and I would like to introduce ourselves and our new company R-10 Heat and Air.

I have many years of experience in the Heavy Commercial and Industrial Mechanical and Structural building trades. Linda is a licensed Clinical Message Therapist specializing in trauma relief and is an accomplished local artist.

In late 2022, we purchased Temperature Pro Arlington / Mansfield, a locally owned Franchised HVAC Service and Repair Company. The Franchise was removed, and the new company was named R-10 Heat and Air.

R-10 was named after our German Shepherd Search and Rescue dog (Wroughten, R-10 was our radio call sign.) He and I worked with Search One Rescue Team, a nationally recognized, local DFW team that assists local and state agencies in locating lost and missing persons.

The German Shepherd is known as one of the best family dogs because they are gentile companions and fearless protectors of their families.

For all our new and returning customers, we are excited to show you the difference! That difference is integrity. Most companies claim to have it. I'm a firm believer that you can tell the difference by the attitude of the owners, the managers, the techs and the dispatchers. We all know this isn't the industry standard. It's not easy! We've had to make a lot of changes to get the right staff to support your needs.

What does integrity and attitude look like in an HVAC repair company?

Our techs are hired for their experience and knowledge of HVAC systems they have installation, as well as troubleshooting experience. Our field techs are supported by management that has over 30 years of technical trouble shooting and complete systems design experience. They will tell you the truth about the condition of your system and will offer you options on the most affordable repair of your system if it's needed. They are not encouraged to up sale or pump-up repair costs or to encourage you to move up to a new unit. We will offer competitive pricing for our upgrades and new units if you are interested in those options.

We know these are trying times and there just isn't disposable income to cover unexpected new costs. We can offer flexible financing if that helps you budget for an unexpected repair. We want to be someone you can trust to treat you fairly. This is the foundation that we are building our business on.
